[SHAREHOLDER DERIVATIVE] MM&H is representing Masoud Shojaee, a high-profile developer of more than $1 billion of new residential developments in South Florida, as the defendant in a shareholder dispute involving millions of dollars in loans to Mr. Shojaee from Santa Fe Haciendas, LLC. The lawsuit by the assignees of a seventy five percent membership interest in Santa Fe claim that Mr. Shojaee, who manages Santa Fe, improperly made loans to himself of more than seven million dollars.
