[EMPLOYMENT LAW] Obtained dismissal with prejudice in federal court on behalf of residential community on two claims for race discrimination and retaliation under Section 1981, and summary judgment on one claim for equal benefits under Section 1981 (an issue of first impression for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit).
