JONATHAN WOLLOCH

Jonathan maintains a practice focused on complex civil litigation. He represents clients in a variety of disputes and draws on experience gained through both private practice and service within the federal judiciary.

Prior to joining MF&H, Jonathan served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Samuel J. Horovitz, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida. In that role, he assisted with all stages of federal litigation, including legal research, analysis of dispositive motions, discovery disputes, evidentiary issues, and other matters arising under both federal and state law. The experience enhanced his ability to anticipate and address the legal and practical issues that frequently arise in federal litigation.

Before his clerkship, Jonathan practiced at a national class action law firm, where he represented consumers in federal litigation involving false advertising, data privacy, and other complex matters. He worked on cases at various stages of litigation and gained experience researching and briefing substantive legal issues, conducting discovery, presenting arguments before federal courts, and developing case strategy.

Jonathan draws on his experience as both a federal law clerk and litigator to inform his current practice. He is committed to providing thoughtful, strategic, and practical representation tailored to each client’s objectives.

Jonathan earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Beth Bloom of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and as a judicial extern to the Honorable John D. Couriel of the Florida Supreme Court. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
