Pedro maintains a practice in state and federal courts involving fraud, business torts, contract disputes, and intellectual property matters. His experience includes high-exposure commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, and matters involving complex corporate investment and financing structures.

With a background in biological sciences, mathematics, and physics, Pedro brings a rare technical and analytical perspective to complex business, technology, and intellectual property matters.
